About Reciprocity

Reciprocity Creative Coalition is a branding, marketing, and wellness organism  —not just an agency. We are a team of creatives, strategists, operators, writers, athletes, artists, filmmakers, and producers led by BRog, who are committed to the process and live and love the marathon life.

RCC is built like a sports team or music label, which means we work together to achieve what we could not do independently. We focus on strategy, solving real problems, driving growth, fostering creative collaboration, and making an impact. We help founders, small to medium-sized businesses, entrepreneurs, and organizations align with their identity, communicate their story, and activate their brand.

“If you want to go fast, go alone; if you want to go far go together.”

Origin Story

In 2020, we were all told we were in this together.
By 2021, it felt like we’d never been farther apart.

Everywhere I looked — in organizations, relationships, and communities — I saw fear-based leadership.Fear-based decision-making. People are protecting themselves instead of pouring into one another.

At that same time, I had been away from professional athletics for about five years. That distance gave me perspective.

I started to study different environments — corporate, creative, and community — and one thing became clear:

The true spirit of teamwork was missing.

In sports, the best teams I’ve ever been a part of worked because everyone was rowing in the same direction.
We shared overlapping goals.
We understood the importance of reciprocity — giving as much as we took — and we knew where we fit in the bigger picture.

I’ve always believed in the Law of Reciprocity — the principle that when you give freely, authentically, and with purpose, that energy finds its way back to you multiplied.
It’s how strong relationships, strong teams, and strong communities are built.

But somewhere along the way, that spirit got lost.
And I realized… I didn’t just want to practice reciprocity.
I wanted to build a world around it.

Now, in sports, sure — there’s politics, there’s ego, there’s hierarchy.
But underneath all of that, great teams run on trust, alignment, and shared mission.

That’s when it clicked for me:
The best environments — the ones that truly create growth, culture, and results — all operate with reciprocity at their core.

To me, reciprocity exists on four levels:

Transactional. Relational. Emotional. Transformational.

When those four connect, you get what I call organizational tensegrity — that balanced, flexible strength that holds a team together, even under pressure.

Along the way, I drew inspiration from thinkers like General Stanley McChrystal and his concept of Team of Teams — the idea that modern organizations must be connected through trust and shared consciousness, not just hierarchy and control.

Between reciprocity, tensegrity, and the team-of-teams mindset, I began to see the framework for something bigger — something alive.

So I started building.
Not just a business.
Not just a brand.

A living network of people bound by purpose, persistence, and performance.

My team is called Reciprocity Creative Coalition.

We are an organism — not an organization.
An organism is a living entity — a system of parts that breathe, adapt, and evolve together. Every cell plays its role. Every part contributes to the health of the whole.

That’s how we see creativity, commerce, community, and humanity.

Because this next chapter of life — not just business — will require teams that act more like ecosystems than machines.

And that’s what we are.
We are Reciprocity Creative Coalition.
An organism built for what’s next.
